Monika Moore works in CWP’s Houston office, where her practice is focused on complex insurance coverage disputes and large-loss subrogation matters.

Prior to joining CWP, Ms. Moore’s practice was primarily focused on admiralty & maritime litigation and arbitration, as well as insurance coverage counseling in those areas. She has successfully briefed and argued numerous matters before state and federal district courts, Texas appellate courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

In addition to holding her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Moore also holds her Master of Arts degree from the University of London, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Moore is fluent in both Spanish and French.
